Booking Policy & Session Terms For Travis Wheeler Psychic Medium & Angel Phoenix Healing™ Dear Client, By booking a session with Travis Wheeler Psychic Medium & Angel Phoenix Healing™, you acknowledge that intuitive readings and energy healing are complementary spiritual guidance and wellbeing services provided for personal insight, clarity, and energetic support. These services do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following your session. Recording of sessions is not permitted unless permission has been requested and approved prior to the session beginning. Where recordings are provided by Travis Wheeler Psychic Medium & Angel Phoenix Healing™, they remain for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without permission. If you need to change your appointment time, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice are welcomed and accommodated wherever possible. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. If you are unavailable at the scheduled session time, the session may be considered completed. Distance healing sessions take place at the scheduled time whether or not you are resting or available live during the session. These sessions are designed to support relaxation, energetic balance and wellbeing within a complementary healing framework. Refund requests are considered individually and with care. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that session times are reserved especially for you and that refunds are not automatically provided for cancellations or changes made without the required notice. Where unexpected circumstances arise, please make contact as early as possible so supportive arrangements can be explored. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
